We
understand that your apartment has been tenanted to one Ms Yang Xiao Zhong
whose husband Mr Tang Yong and his brother Tang YuanQing are involved in
the illegal sub-letting with other sub-tenants. As you are aware, the said
premises had been illegally partitioned and used as workers' quarters.
In
view of the above, the Management Council of MCST Plan No. 395 has decided
to ban the said M/s Tang Yong and Tang YuanQing from entering into the
premises of Pearlbank Apartments including your apartment with immediate
effect.
The
Management Corporation will not hesitate to report the two brothers for
trespassing to the police.
You
are kindly advised to inform your tenant and his brother of the said ban.

kind co-operation will be greatly appreciated.
